Persyaratan:
- Male, around 35 years old
- Preferably having a bachelor or master degree from Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering with at least 5–10 years related experience
- Have a strong skill and knowledge in repairing or maintenance for all DC equipments (Generator, Forklift, Pallet movers, Hand pallet, electrical, Air conditioning, Hydrant etc.), operations cost analysis and Total Quality Maintenance Standard (TQMS) and its implementation
- Ability to handle a team of technicians/contractors, plan, execute and monitor all maintenance related matters
- Strong knowledge of building materials and engineering parts
- Familiar with computer literate (Autocad, Microsoft Office, Project)
- Willing to be placed at our Distribution Centre Cibitung, Bekasi, Cirebon & Pekanbaru
- English proficiency both oral and written is a must
Deskripsi pekerjaan:
To coordinate and ensure the smooth operations of the building facilities including maintenance activities (All building and DC Fresh) according to the standards and procedures to maximize profit for the company.
